1. Brand & Ownership

Auren Jewellery is a consumer brand operated by Eco Brilliance, headquartered in Mumbai, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR (or local currency for international customers).
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Product images are illustrative; slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Payments are processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways.

5. Shipping & International Orders

  • Domestic and international shipping is available.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (see Section 3 below).

7. Certification & Authenticity

  • Diamonds and gemstones are certified where stated.
  • Certificates are included with eligible purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, designs, and imagery belong to Eco Brilliance / Eco Brilliance and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eco Brilliance’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
