Auren jewellery

Because fine jewellery is a high-value, sensitive product, we follow a transparent but strict returns framework.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition and packaging
    • Accompanied by all certificates and invoices
    •  

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Products altered after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (if specified)

(Eco Brilliance currently does not offer returns on any customized or engraved jewellery.)

3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Refunds are processed only after approval.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

5. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs charges
  • Eco Brilliance/ Auren is not liable for international transit delays

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details.
